www.employeearena.com : it gives you an option to upload a schedule in a secure private network. It also includes a forum to trade shifts and a managers note to display news and happenings around the establishment. The admin account of your establishment will also have complete control over who has access at viewing your network area with a simple click of the mouse. The managers note could also be used to display new features or changes at your employment.

Your employees communication will be increased and your overall staff moral will improve.

actually this ain't workin....can't bump hours online don't even post your hours till 12 friday....only shows your hours not others so if you wanna claim hours you still gotta go in Thursday at your job before noon Fri.  Part time help gets better shifts vs senior employee's....there is never any help during the day but at evening hours you may have 4 or 5 extra people and only 1 person all day so that means only customer service is getting done and no refilling done or unexpected jobs that a customer would like done so at times you have to say NO to that person! And at times the ones workin nights only close (deli) not doing or don't know how to do the filling!   Something needs to be worked out or maybe this is only at our store!

Dear God no. It's happening at quite a few places, mine included. The e-schedule seems to ignore all seniority rights. And yes, I don't see the point of it if we can't see other people's schedules as well.

Anybody with a lot of experience with eschedule wanna comment on this? What's the point of seeing your hours if you can't compare them to hours of others in your classification? Some people actually care about the number of hours and times.

I am A meat department manager and find the e schedule really rather useless as a manager. It would be nice to see others schedules in at the very least in my department so I could at least know who I have for a crew.

Is this a old post ??   Just wondering..  I work in the Deli In Dana Point Ca.  I i got hired in November of 2018.. Im completely blown away how this store runs!!  Everyone is soo disconnected and just awd! I got hired into the Deli    Its been a complete nightmare..   there is only a few people running it.   Long Story short...    I cannot wait too get out of this horrible work place!   I work my ass off every day n night in the deli.   It is really just so wrong!    Top it off?  No one says Thank you or just a high 5!  I get paid Min wage .. 12.20 a hour   Joke in itself!   This Deli has potential ..  but... cant do it with 5 people.     We get sick  or have a family issue / emergency?   Its almost impossible too call in. Because there is litterly ...no one to cover the shift.   Total joke.   Kroger has really proved them selfs too me. As a new employee and ready to work hard as I do above n beyound.   But..   not for a peasly 12.20 a hour.   Count down for me.  Good luck to all!!!
