I want to know what level means you are topped out .im at a step 30 next is 40 which I'm thinking in 2 weeks I will be at 40 anyway just wondering how long it will be until I'm topped out . if I understood the job steps or levels maybe I can figure when I will be topped

I'm at step 90 and that's only for $0.85

$1 is around step 110 so.... i will cap out around 330.

that's capping out at around 20 years of service.

Jaydee, keep in mind that the specifics of job steps, pay grades, and such are VERY division specific. Unless you're in his division, BagBoy's level 90 is not the same as yours. Your top out may take less time to reach. In my contract, it only takes 6 years, or 3 years for night crew.
