Quick question about the e schedule?

(I have not a clue if i'm using this forum correct- apologizing in advanced) I'm unavailable on Wednesdays (School/babysitting), but how would I put unavailable when it says "unavailable between.." do i put it as "unavailable between 12AM-12AM(next day)" would that make sense?
