Anyone with the health insurance know what this means? The last two pay periods, they have been deducting $5.60, listed as "HEALTH COPAY" in addition to the $10.00 for family coverage and the $12.75 union dues. I can't find any other threads on this and have no idea why the additional $5.60.

I agree, that's pretty strange. I've never heard of a health insurer deducting copays this way.
