Dang we had our wrapper break last week, the hot plate that "melts" the plastic wasn't working, the hot bar that cuts the wrapping still worked so we had to seal the wrapping with the bar, it's a very tiny thing and is a pain in the neck to do. I even warned my manager before it broke that it seemed like it was on the verge of breaking since it kept sparking and smelling like it was burning, he just said until it breaks they won't do anything. So it broke, it took about a week to get it fixed, I was thrilled to hear it was fixed because it slows me down having to seal it with the bar...

I go in today and guess what? Now the dang bar is broken! No heat from it at all which means it was a pain in the neck to cut the wrapping, I had to poke holes in the wrapping and try not to hit the plate, took an extra 15 minutes since I had to keep stopping to grab my knife... I think the repair guy is a moron, if there is one broken heating element when you fix it you need to make sure both are still working in case the repair somehow broke the other heating element.

My manager doesn't come in until 11am today, I left hoping that the other 2 working will remember to tell him, I'm sure at least 1 of them will, I just hope it doesn't take a week to get it fixed again. it's already a stressful week, we have one guy on vacation, we didn't get any strawberries or raspberries on the truck so making bowls isn't going to be fun this week, sometimes I just want to scream at somebody, at least I don't have to deal with customers so I won't take it out on them.
