The rules on max working days in a row vary by contract. And, yes, your schedule writer is crap because eschedule prompts the schedule writer if they try to exceed that limit. So if they try to tell you they didn't know, they're either lying or weren't paying enough attention. Either way, it's their fault.

Depends on your contract.

They can schedule me 6 days in a row for 40 hours if they want to.  They can give me the first day off, work me for the week and work me the first 6 days of the next week if they want.

Off, Sun, work M, Tu, Wed, Th, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri Off on Saturday.  They can schedule me to work 12 days in a row if they like.

pretty sure they are crap... they uses a whole day doing scheduling but then says they cant move anyones schedule cause eschedule wouldn't let them..then complains about their job but acts all sweet about it so no one ever bitches about them
