Sunday pay?

I was wondering if you get paid more on Sundays. I have been working at Krogers for 3 months but this is my first Sunday working. Do any of you guys get paid more? If so, how long have you been working at Krogers?

Depends on your contract.  I think after 2 years, I was making $1 more extra for Sunday.  Now, I make $2 more on Sunday.

I make 50 cents more per hour. New contract in mid south. Yup. A whopping $4 before tax.

In Cincy/Dayton Sunday pay is the same as regular pay, unless you were hired before 1987, i think. Something like that.

ATL division is regular pay on Sunday.  no

I think old contract (1980s hires) can't be required to work Sundays and they may have higher pay rates on Sunday.

The 1980's hires here make time and a half on Sundays, forgot that part.

Not a dime here. Sundays are required without fail, every week, with no extra pay. The Bible belt is dying a slow painful death.

I wish it would.
You should see some of the local Facebook groups here.

Every damn time something bad happens, 2/3rds or more of the comments are "praying for," "prayers," "prayers sent," "praying" etc.
As long as it has the word 'pray' in it then it's going to be an eventual response.
And these same idiots shop at my store!
