My favorite part is "It's all about us valuing our customer's time." If that was true, you would not have implemented this Que-Vision bull**** in the first place. Nor would you have produce or deli coming up to bag taking them away from customer questions in those areas. And you would put additional courtesy clerks in the parking lot on busier days to you can actually have a shopping cart.
I don't think any of these people are actual Kroger employees.
It's funny, because in spite of all their Que-Vision bull****, I still have to listen to the shrill voice of the front desk lady shouting "MANAGEMENT ONE PLUS ONE PLUS ONE PLUS ONE PLUS ONE all ****ing day.
Were these commercials really supposed to be a celebration of the roll-out of Quevision? Seemed more like a "don't wait 30 minutes on two big fat whales manning the whole front end of Wal-Mart" promotion to me, which has always been in place anyway.
