I don't see what the big deal is. A lot of us have probably repeated plenty of stuff here and other places more than once. It's healthy to express oneself and not keep it inside. It's healthier to explore options that remove frustration, but that's not always immediately doable.
Also too, it's not like you need to read every single post here... you can skip over those that aren't of interest. It's really that simple.
id of left a long time ago if i had someone like that in my store. there's a reason why someone says that you can leave and no one would give a ****.
the only reason why i stay at my store cause i relatively like everyone.
Ah yes.. I remember ID's of Left a long time ago. It was back during the dark days of the Conservatives winning the general election by a landslide. But no matter, t'was the dark days of the Great War, and a unity government was formed.
But the ID's of Left... if they ever moved from the opposition front bench to the government front bench, it would be the same as a bittersweet revolution.
tl;dr: before you start bashing other people's work conduct (good or bad), educate yourself.
On another note.
I'm ok with whiners leaving. The union won't be, since they'll lose a source of revenue, but I sure won't stop 'em.
However, what you read on here aren't just rants. Most are just vents, trying to get stuff off their chest to help make their day pass easier.

I think a lot of people that post here would sound like a broken record if they let themselves. I know I would.
It's because it's always the same issues, over and over again. Very few things in Kroger ever seem to get fixed... and that's just kinda the way it is.
