What should my Classification,Shift Premium, and Wage should be ?

This is what they say my rate is. My 3rd shift $1.00 premium does not show up here. They have me classified as a Cashier/Clerk. I started 3rd shift Grocery Stock. I haven't been trained to be a Front End Cashier yet while my job is supposed to be listed as 3rd Shift Stock/Cashier.. Last time I worked at Kroger's the Union Rep, basically said that with the Cashier experience I had including working at a business that has the same Union/Rep that I would be making less at Kroger than I made at the Union job I worked at last before I started working at Kroger last time. I have over 6 years experience. I have already tried to contact the Union to get a copy of our contact, and to ask about my experience pay. No one from the Union has contacted me yet,or even sent me my copy of the contact. What can I do ? Thank You.

Current Pay Rate$8.3000
Current Job Step670
Next Pay Rate$8.4000
Next Job Step0680
Accrued Credited Quantity3.75

What is minimum wage there?  What state are you in?

I think $8.10 is minimum wage here.  So, 20 cents experience pay sounds about right for Kroger.  Your next raise should be after you work 596.25 hours.

The night premium shows up on your paystub separately from your payrate here.  We only make 30 cents an hour for nights here.  I only get the premium for hours worked before 5am.  If I work most of my hours before 5am, then I get night premium for all hours worked.  Yes, I used to come in at 4am so Kroger could save the $1.50 on night premium.

Well gee if you think that you're not getting proper compensation, maybe talk to the HR manager in your store. They actually set your pay.

Some divisions show it as weeks, some show it as work hours. It should be pretty obvious which yours uses.

I have been told the Union decides what wage you get not Human Resources.

Management sends the inquiry to HR and, if they can verify your work experience, either approve or deny the request. Otherwise you receive minimum wage.

As far as the Union is concerned they only negotiate the wages for each contract.

It would shock nobody if shareholders proposed raises to be given every decade. XD
