Having state tax taken out each week?

So, I just want to get this out of the way. I work for one of the Kroger Sub Companies, Ralph's to be specific. Now, on to the meat of the post.

I am wondering how I can have the company take 5 dollars out of my paycheck each week for the California State Tax, since I don't make enough each week to have it taken out automatically. I've tried talking to the payment offices, but they said I have to call a local office, which just put me into a recurring loop of getting put back to the number I initially called. Do any fellow employees have any idea how I can have state tax taken out? I don't want to have to pay 100 dollars when I go to file state tax in 2015, and I would rather have a nice tax return. If this would help in any way, I am a courtesy clerk.

And I just realized that I may have posted on the wrong type of forum... I mean, I love my job.

My state tax has always been 8 dollars but if you make less that 16,000 a year(in WV) I've gotten nearly all of it back come tax time.

I wouldn't trip dude. I've worked at Ralphs in California for about a year now, filed my tax return, got money back... and back then I was a courtesy clerk only making like, 130 dollars a week or some bull****.

Who said that it's the OP in the picture?

I can put a random picture on here and claim that it's me. And none of you will really know unless you search thousands of stock photo out there.
