Employee Discount?

I know we get 10% and everything, but on average how long does it take for new hires to get it?

Its been about three weeks since start date, and it has still remained elusive. Is that standard, or do I need to go talk to someone about getting it to start working. Only asking since it will actually save some doing the shopping for my family.

I started three weeks ago and no one told me anything about it, except the training video and one cashier I worked with the other day. After speaking with the other cashier, I just asked the administrative manager about it and she just told me to write down my plus card number and give it to her so she can link it to my profile. She said it would take roughly 24 hours to start working after it was linked.

I would ask someone about it.

Go to the CSM and get an enployee Kroger card. It *should* work right after he/she puts it in the computer. But if they can't get around to it that day, then it will act like a customer Kroger card.

They should give the 'new' card to you when you come in for training/orientation. Thats the way it has always been here.

If you have an old Kroger card from before you were hired,  it will not work for your discount.

They gave me a new one and it started working after about 2 weeks. Talk to your CSM they will get you sorted out.

Takes no time at all. Give your card number to anyone at customer service or a manager and have them login to citrix and go to the customer account manager. That's all that's needed.

Salaried mgmt has to do that in my division. It can't be done through CAM. There's a separate app for that.
