Me and another guy were hired weeks apart at the same pay rate. I went full time at 2 years and have been full time for 3 years, while he stayed part time for 5 years. He now makes another $1.25 more than me doing less, working less, and less availability. I was penalized for going full time, while he's been told when he goes full time in 4 weeks he will get bumped to $13.65, no penalty for changing classification, while i wont reach that for another year and a few weeks pushing him to $4.40 for a restricted availability, and restrictions. Local 1000 sucks, also looked up what my stores union rep makes, over $74,000 a year, to be completely useless..
