I made it to the special mention board (Customer Service Champs board) at my store for customer satisfaction! I don't know if any other stores are doing this, but I feel pretty proud. It means that I'm doing my job right and well. This makes me want to work harder so I can get more special mentions by customers in the surveys.

I'm not the only one on the board though. They had to start a 2nd one because the 1st one was full. Plus, there's no favoritism being shown. It's all because of the customers.
I think "Lord" is telling me not you. Actually he is trying to protect you because he will be turning me in soon. so oh well i don't really give a f,uck any more as i did need the job but i don't recall needing anything from Krogers anyways. I did my work and as the best i could. Because am very unhappy with Kroger's and what some of the men have done to me AND the women aren't in the clear either.

ok whatever. He cyberbully's me on posts and I called out a
"executive manager" and a entire store for abusing me. So He is saying don't ever post your name. like trying to intimidate me for calling out the Store and the director I worked for.

It will happen when you get older the sexual harrassment at the job and other discriminatory ways it will happen. And if you all keep on letting unions in IT WILL BE EVEN WORSE.

Is it just for the Cashiers/CCs or is the board for the entire store?
We have an Employee of the Month board here chosen by the Cultural Councel in the store. Nominations are made by coworkers from the entire store. They post your picture on a board and give you a $25 gift card. My coworkers in my department had a shi t fit when I was picked! They were furious... I just laughed it off, took the money and ran. BTW, they only pick one for each quarter. So, I was Employee of the Month for 3 months. :)

You can start by educating yourself with proper spelling and grammar. Your local community college should have basic ESL courses, if not Continuing Education credits. Also helps if you knew how to spell your employer's name properly.

First of all, what is "It"? Is it supposed to be implied from the previous statement? Is it something that's entirely separate from your post? You also misspelled "harassment". The second half of your 'sentence', [and other...], needed to either be omitted, or reintroduced at the front of your sentence to form the topic or the clause. Unless, of course, your ultimate goal is to sound even worse than Yoda. No, even worse than a toddler. Because at least Yoda can be understood, and that his speech pattern is actually valid in numerous languages outside of western romance.
