What the hell does this mean??   I have gotten 4 pay increases since I started. This language makes it difficult to determine when I will receive another one.confuse

Current Pay Rate $8.20

Current Job Step 30
Next Pay Rate $8.30
Next Job Step 0040
Accrued Credited Quantity 14.00
Quantity Remaining 12

I think that means your next raise will happen in 12 weeks, but i could be wrong. In my division, it goes by hours.

 Nope, you're the naiive, self-centered idiot who made the mistake of thinking things work the same way in everywhere else that they do for you. Those units are definitely weeks, not hours. You wanna know how I know? I used my brain before I replied. If those units meant hours, OP got a raise 14 worked hours ago and gets another one in 12 worked hours. Make sense? No, it doesn't.

I'm not an idiot, i specifically said in my division it goes by hours. Do you honestly think he got a raise 14 hours ago and will get another one in 12? Good lord, how did you ever pass 2nd grade math?
