About my pay rate, next job stop, etc...

rgRmR5x.png

In regards to "Accrued Credit Quantity" and "Quantity Remaining," does this mean that since my last pay raise I have made $258.75, and have to make another $241.25 before my next pay rate increase?

$8.20 as a cashier? You, sir, make more than 60% of all employees at the store that I've worked in (myself included).

Haha, that's mostly due to minimum wage increases in my state. I was also hired about a year and a half ago so that's helped a little bit. But not as much as minimum wage going up.

Our pay increase is only 5 cents every nine months. The base pay is $7.35 ($7.25 for courtesy clerks).

Yeah, when I was first hired I started out at $7.85 (minimum wage at the time). Over the past year and a half the minimum wage has increased to $8.10, and I think I've gotten one $.10/hr raise since I was hired.

OP, to answer your original question, those are number of hours since last raise and number of hours til next raise.

you need to work 241.25 hours for your next job step. That's 6.04 weeks if you get 40 hours per week.

I'm a full time bookkeeper and don't make that much per hour.  ATL division is awful when it comes to pay rates.

Mine doesn't even have "quantity remaining". But I've apparently accrued over 600 hours.

Is there a point where "quantity remaining" pops up on expresshr?

Welp, I'm on educational leave most of the year so looks like that's not happening anytime soon...

I think you're in Ohio. Like tech said, for us, that's the amount of hours that it will take for you to get your next raise. You're more than halfway there at least. :)
