Just a question, my younger sister started working at a kroger store a couple years ago. my then fiancé started working there 3 months ago. My sister now is 8n college and comes back to work to fulfill hours to stay in system and i married my fiance recently and she is now an FES.
my question is. Is there a conflict of interest if they both have the same last name even through marriage?

Is your wife your sister's supervisor? As long as one isn't working under the other, then it's okay. Of course if one does report to the other but nobody knows they're related, then they could try to get away with working together. You have to be careful though because even if they are the only ones who know they're related, there's always someone who lets the cat out of the bag.
My sister only comes back a couple of times a month. I guess technically my wife would oversee her if she was there more often. They never are scheduled at the same time though
