Certification for Frozen Lead

I'm about to be certified for Frozen lead once I finish my computer modules. The DM will visit my department and talk with me before he chooses to certify me or not. Any tips or suggestions on what to expect? Since the previous Frozen mgr quit before I got there I've had no training besides the cbt's and a few tips from department heads from different departments so I had to pretty much figure everything out on my own. I've been only working in Frozen for about two weeks and have been focused mainly on packing the shelves and organizing the Freezer because it was left an absolute mess. Any helpful advice will be appreciate. Thanks

I didn't even know they had certification for something like that lol. I'm frozen lead right now and I never had to do anything at all, not even computer based stuff.

Really? I was told I won't get my raise until all my CBT's are done and the DM certifies me. Which isn't much of a raise but still

Also, as a frozen lead, do you ever use the OMS system for managing surveys and distribution? I have like 4 computer courses on that for some reason and it doesn't seem to pertain to me

I'm guessing you're trying to get CAO certified, right?

CAO was one cbt out of around twenty that i had to take.

I know how to use OMS, but I've never used it. It really doesn't matter much here at least. I guess other divisions have different requirements.  I've done CBT but not specifically for lead.    Just whatever was required for any clerk I believe.

I am also a frozen lead and i didn't have to get certified I also got my raise after they transfered me. it's really easy just keep the freezer clean and organized including the other department stuff like bakery and deli make sure you numbers in cao are correct so you don't get hung with backstock and keep your backstock low and you'll be good

I just got certified! Thanks to everyone here for all the advice and tips. I couldn't have done it without the helpful people in this forum
