So I'm givig my manager 2 week notice next week. I've heard of managers who automatically knock you off schedule when you give the notice. How often does this occur?
What department are you in?
If they need you, they'll use you. If your department head is a douche, or you're on FE where they can call in another bagger who only got 4 hours that week then they might be a dick about it.
It depends on who the manager is. I've seen both extremes where they've just taken the person off the schedule (probably more common in the front end) or they've kept them until their very last day of their last week. It doesn't really matter if the person is good or not. I've seen all sorts of things happen. Be ready for anything.
