Does Kroger have an employee-employer mediation program, apart from the union, where former or present employees can work out disputes? Also, what jobs in the store are not considered covered by the union? I ask because certain states seem to have even non-union employees covered by union contracts. Thank you.
Loss prevention isn't union. If the state the store is in is right to work then you can have employees who are not in the union, but under the contract.

You again? I saw your PM and ignored it. Now here you are. Please do not contact me again, I've told you repeatedly I cannot help you and you just won't take no for an answer. When you continuously harass someone they learn not to care about you. You need to spend your time and money on getting another job and getting an attorney and quit trying to get free legal advice here on this forum. You won't give anyone enough details to help you, it's all too "secret".
I actually found a number that might have helped you but I'm not sharing it with you because you kept private messaging me and wouldn't leave me alone.
For everyone else reading, BEWARE! He will PM you repeatedly expecting you to help him solve his problems even when you tell him over and over and over again you can't help him. Trust me.
