I have recently transferred departments, and have needed several things from my AA, one of them being essential for me to actually do my job. My AA has "tried" to help, but seems to be too incompetent to help, since it's been almost 2 months and still nothing has been done. I speak to my AA weekly about these issues, and last week I left a note on his/her desk. She confronted a co-worker of mine that I work with and told her to scold me and tell me to "chill."
Obviously she's too emotionally unstable to handle her desk job, so is there anyone I could contact who could actually get something done for me, or someone I could make a complaint to seeing as how my AA has made me feel as if he/she is unapproachable?
What could you need that is essential to do your job moving between depts? Unless it's a addition to your uniform like the meat dept white coats or a box cutter, or something paperwork related... there's hardly anything needed that you wouldn't have at hand from any other dept.
