It's unlikely they'll drug-test you again unless you have given them suspicion and make them feel like they should. The fact that you're asking about it makes me think you're worried you won't pass it this time around if you do get tested.
If you will pass it however, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't expect them to test you again, but each store is different I guess.

They should, they should also check facebook pages as well. I've seen people post things on facebook like Fu*% the people I work with and post pics of themselves flipping the bird. We've had many promotions in the meat dept here in Dayton Ohio, either get fired or demoted for a number of things. One was fired for possession of Heroin.
