I'm not sure how to do this. I was told all I have to do is go upstairs and have my hiring manager add the 10% discount to the card, but I'm not sure how long it will take for them to put the discount on or how they do it exactly. Does anyone else know? Thanks.
Are you sure it's not already on there? If you were issued a card when you were hired then it should already be on there. If this is a card that you already had before you were hire then they'll do it on a computer. Bring your card with you in case they have to scan it with an RF unit. However, the information should already be on the computer. It's just a matter of putting in the discount. Once that's done, you should be able to get your discount immediately. Also, any freebies employees get should automatically be loaded to your card without you having to do anything.
