Will Kroger hire someone with a small criminal record? A while back i got a bull**** charge for something that was barely true. Anyway will Kroger hire someone with a record of sexual assault on a minor and or drug trafficking?
OP won't get hired for sure. Most Kroger stores are "Safe Places" and cannot have anyone with those charges working there, bull**** or not. We had to let a guy go once after the Safe Place people talked to corportate about finding out a guy had a charge of molestation. No one knew and he was hired before we did background checks.

Even if it is a bull**** charge, i doubt they'll hire you. The drug trafficking they'd be more likely to look past (depending on how long ago that was) but sexual assault on a minor? Sounds like they'd want to avoid that like the plague.
A lot of places won't hire you for that, no matter the age.
Your safest bet in finding a job is factory work (some don't do checks or are felon-friendly), or another felon-friendly please, but that charge is pretty heavy.
Sexual assault on a minor? Hahah...you might as well apply at a 7-11 or just start dealing drugs bro. I would imagine you are also now a registered sex offender...so you are pretty much ****ed.
