why is it that the raises for pharmacists are equal to or less than that of the techs?  no wonder sw division has 40% pharmacy turnover.  vacation policy and bonus structure suck, too.  Kroger may want to think about using some of the billion dollars it is sinking into the dallas district to keep the employees that got them where they are today.  an bs e-mail from the pharmacy dm telling how appreciated you are as an employee is crap. if you want us to be motivated to become diabetes certified, mtm certified, lipid certified and immunization certified, not to mention doing all the "homework" on our own time, then give us something we can take to the bank.  isn't that against company policy?  if you work in high volume, 10,000,000 dollar a year store, you should be compensated accordingly.  not the same as the cellar dwellers in your district.  wake up Kroger!!  you're great at copying walgreens and Walmart.  take a hard look at their operations.  they don't stiff their pharmacists when goals are met or exceeded.  new pharmacists beware.  when you treat your people like crap, they go elsewhere.  which is what i'm doing.  see ya!!!  nlnn
