Hi, I was not put on schedule throughout this week and there was no prior discussion about it, is this normal?,

No.  But it does happen occassionally.

Do you have open availability?

What is your job position?

How long have you been with Kroger?

We had a Utility Clerk that always got left off the schedule.  The store manager would give him his hours for the week when he asked about it.

On the other hand, when ELMs doesn't allow enough hours, some people do get 0 hours.  They can only do this for 2 weeks in a row before you can file for underemployment.

Call and speak to your schedule writer.  Ask if you were supposed to be on the schedule or not.

I work overnight as a grocery clerk, employed for 1month now.i called on saturday when I didn't c my schedule on great people, was told I wil b called back but nothing yet.

Call and ask a store manager.  Or, go in to see the paper schedule.  I am betting someone forgot to call you back.

You can not trust GreatPeople.me.  The printed schedule in the store is the final schedule.

I am curious what you find out.
