Hey everyone, I am fairly new to the Kroger family (just a little over 3 months now) and I was chosen from my department to be on the cultural council committee. I would love to hear your ideas to boost morale. Thanks in advance!
Not to rain on the parade before it even gets out of the gate, but slapping happy-face stickers along the walls of the prison may not accomplish much. The real morale boosters will likely be out of range of an employee committee.
