We just had a huge grand opening here with a growler bar. It's pretty neat. The store is already beating every other store in the division on sales and it's not even a marketplace.
It depends on how and where they consume it. It could take a little bit for them to get drunk or w/e but it's true that front end will have to deal with people who have gotten stupid in the store coming through their lines.

Oh of all the stupid assed....if they are not manned, customers can and WILL help themselves to this bar thing. Now all we have to do is wait for the drunken customers to show.., IF the bar isn't manned and the samples controlled.
I'm pretty sure there's a key... Just like in restaurants with soda fountains. Pretty sure you lose your alcohol license if you don't take reasonable measures to keep it out of kids' hands. You should, at least.
