If Ft. Wayne is in central division (which i'd think it is), then i think that you guys wear the same blue polos and black pants that we do in Cincy/Dayton division. Which would mean any black pants that aren't jeans are good. I've only been in one central store though so hopefully someone on here can confirm that.
Yes, black dress pants (not jeans or yoga pants), closed toed shoes, the blue shirt they provide, and you can wear a long sleeved black or white shirt under the blue one if you get cold.

here in MI it was blue polo with black pants. Now we are blue polo with black underneath if desired, apron, and pants of our choosing (including jeans, excluding yoga pants).
