Hey y'all I was just wondering if you were full time or not, currently in my fuel center there are 7 of us no full time and I'm the lead. Is this a normal thing?
It must depend on your union contract if your store is union. The fuel lead at mine has a pretty set schedule and full time. May also be your numbers, they only have a set amount of hours per dept., I think. Ours only has 3 people out there. (4, but she's an old lady and only does 6 hours a week)

Well fuel sucks I hate it ,No bathroom to speak of and the pay is way lower than store pay for a cashier.Put it this away the top pay for a part time store cashier is the same pay almost to a full time lead job or fuel time fuel clerk.Union keeps screwing us over that one and not making the pay equal to a cashiers pay.But to answer your question you might have to many people in your department which they are taking up the department hours so you cannot gain fuel time FYI. Most fuel centers only have 5 people in them period those two extra people just took your hours.
