I found a Kroger bag with an empty plastic coffee and sugar container in it hidden on one of the shelves. I figured the person dumped the product in a zip lock bag and walked out with it. I decided to open them and look. They had lint in them like someone put pocket change in them.
They could have put them in the trash by the coin star machine if that is what they were used for. Why hide them in the back of the store?
It's not a scam. The customer simply felt like not cleaning up after themselves like a "big boy/girl" and chose to leave the trash behind.
You can always check the cameras to make sure though
