How can I get a list of the district managers for store #481 in plano texas. I know it is Southwest division but I cannot find out who is head of what department on the district level.

Thanks in advance

If you have a co-manager or store manager that you're on good terms with, he or she might provide you with the names you seek, but management may be a bit paranoid and want to know why you want such information and what you're going to say to a particular district manager. Your store ASP likely has the information as well, but I don't know if he or she will just give it out without wanting to know why. Department heads too tend to know the coordinator/district manager over their departments because they have to be in contact with them from time to time, so you can try asking some of them.

There may be other ways to get the information you want, but those are the only ways I know of.

Just ask someone at your store if all you want to know is the district managers name.  It's not that big of a deal.

Forgot to add that you can always just call the 800# on the back of your Kroger card and ask.

Another angle is to use your credentials--EUID and password--to log into the intranet (Enterprise Citrix/browser, possibly) and poke around. I found a number of HR contacts that way.

End users (employees) actually have access to the Citrix server in that capacity? That's...surprising.

I currently work for a very large healthcare company in our internal reporting and data courier department, (literally everything the nurses/doctors/surgeons do in the hospital goes through us), and very few people have that sort of access to our Citrix servers...

yeah you don't have to have email access or anything of the sort to have the ability to get online to the kroger info (in my case Cincyweb)

They have a list of everyone's phone and fax numbers in our service center, right on the wall.  I asked for the DM's fax number one time and NOBODY would give it to me.  They knew I was filing a grievance.  Finally one of the floor supervisors told me where it was and went in there and gave it to me.

do you have access to citrix?

i don't know about other divisions but here we have the Cincyweb site that lets us see all sorts of store information, and there's a list of the stores in this district on there, along with all the district managers, coordinators, etc.

 That's just plain stupid!

OP should ask his/her manager for district management name and go from there.
