The store I where I work recently got a chef/salad case and I've been put in charge of it. I'm trying to figure out a good way to store the tags/signs for the products. Right now they are loose in a big container and it's a pain in the neck. Any tips on good way to store and organize?
Our chef has a little box like for index cards. It has tabs and everything so they can be stored alphabetically. You could probably find one in the office supplies. Hope that helps!
