I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I had the store manager put me in the computer to use the handheld for ordering and scanning but for some reason CAO isn't showing up on the gun for me. Is there something I can do to get it on there? Or do I need to talk to the store manager again. Please help

Two years and I have never been able to log into a scanner, I end up using someone's login to do my order. When I tell people they tell me to change my password, I do and it still does not work.
My department head still isn't able to do inventory in her own account since she transferred from her last store, one time she was told it'd be up in 24 hours or so and it's still not there. She has to log into the account of someone who does have it (i don't either so it gets annoying when if we do inventory together). You'd think it'd be simple to just add people into these things.
I think you need to wait until one of the assistant managers is at their desk and then have them do it right there and then. If you simply mention it to them out on the sales floor, they're going to keep putting it off. I always thought CAO was the default setting (that and utilities) that everybody got. Even new employees at my store have access to it. Personally, I think I have too much on mine. I use CAO, PerInv, and Utilities. I don't want SPA on there or estp whatever the hell that is on there. The less I know, the better off I am.
