Leave of absence and insurance

Does anyone know if insurance coverage stops if a person takes 30 days leave of absence? I will be off work whole July, will my insurance end, or I will keep it if I make monthly contributions out of pocket? I realize that I should just call my insurance and ask them, but I figured it won't hurt to ask on here. Thanks!

They might take it out of your paycheck under "Arrears" or something like that next time you work. It might be in small installments each week until it catches up.

If you take a leave of absence union dues and insurance contributions don't stop. They will all be taken out of your next check.

I called the union, a lady said that I won't have to pay dues if there will be no income. I won't be paid for 30 days so I won't pay any dues. Thanks for all answers!
