my employer accidently removed me from check-off for 18 months before I discovered. Am I responsible for being in arrears?

Call your Union Rep and have a chat with him about this..

when i started with kroger they never signed me up with the union , there fault not mine.......i never said anything to anyone.........but when the union figured it out.....they started taking union dues out of my check and also taking back pay out to make up for 8 months of dues they said i owe them
