can anyone explain how breaks and meals are suppose to be handled? please

Unfortunately, Georgia is one of the few states where employers are not required by law to provide breaks or lunches.   So anything regarding your breaks and lunches will be in your contract.

 oops! Sorry I'm late to the party, lol. I think I can help here.

Breaks and lunches in your case are divided into two categories: herbivorian and carnivorian. I'll explain. In the former, a general example would be a vegetarian lunch; the latter, say, like an Atkins diet of pure meat. In the Kroger model, tho.....

Your division and store and contract are based around salads. As in, your breaks and meals will be YOU tossing your manager's SALADS. Here's what I would recommend:

A) for the first 3---5 times, it's best to smile widely while supplying said salad tossing, as a wide smile helps suppress the gag reflex. Wear a rubber fuk-my-face too, it looks kinda frightening (so as to dissuade the activity) and it blocks much of the stench.

B) wear a thick bib. That anal dressing can get pretty messy, boy lemme tell you! lol
