If you are on your third warning, yes, you could be fired. But, normally they will suspend you for a week first.
Did you call in at all even tho it was late?
It is a no call, no show either way. They can try to replace you if they know you are not going to be there.

As it happens it wasn't really an emergency. I mean it kinda was, my half sister is ovulating right now and our extended wants my seed to impregnate her for the next generation of -----well, never mind. I'be probly said to much already lol.
