It can depend on your hire date, job classification and if you're part time/full time. Like at my store, there are employees that did get a raise this month, but others like me, didn't. It's really screwy.... and asking questions only gets you different answers depending on who you ask.
Get a copy of your contract book and check the payscale for within your local union. Your local may have a PDF copy of the contract available for download on their website, it's worth checking.
