Alright,so I was just hired at Kroger. The lady that interviewed me asked me if I would be temporary, and I responded I would most likely get a second job but I'll always be temporary. On my availability I put available everyday.
The thing is I have another job interview tomorrow, and I'm trying to see how I'll make these two jobs work if I get the job.Would Kroger be willing to work with me and let me work 3 days out of the week? While I"'ll just work full time at the other job? I'm assuming they'll start me off at part time to begin with.
I'm going to be a Overnight Stocker, and my car broke down so I'm relying on Uber primarily for rides so I'm not going to schedule them on the same days seeing as it will get pricey.Any advice here guys?
You could try picking up a third job, alternating it with the first for the 1st 2 days of a week, squeeze in a regular schedule with the 3rd job stacked in the middle days, but for only the first 6 weeks, then switch the 1st and 2nd job sched with the 3rd and 1st job but only for the following to the first 6 weeks rotation over to the secondary 4 weeks, then flip the whole thing over to where, starting on what would by now be the 11th week have your 1st 2 days be at your 3rd and 2nd job, with now the first job sched stacked in on the middle days.
Oh, plus rotate the availablitity scheds alternating between 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Thanks for responding.I really appreciate it,but what about if I cant get a second job
Really depends on your management. When I overhauled mine, the store manager gave the whole "needs of the business" song and dance (but yet a good chunk of the time I wasn't needed, which is why I needed the second job).
