i finally escaped part time, no thanks to management though.

what benefits should i look for that they aren't going to tell me? im in the ATL division

i too just recently in the last 6 weeks went full time with my kroger store in the Lex/Louisville Divison

and i cant get my freaking Hr person to give me an Honest straight forward answer about benefits of what i should be receiveing and when i should start getting benefits from Kronger

 

and ive yet to receive my pay raise from going from part time to a full time Position

there is know pay raise for going to full time all you get is 40 hours a week you have the option for better insurance if you get it from work and on paid holidays  you get time and a half for working them as well as holiday pay

 i think its dependent on your contract. i did get a pay raise ontop of my 6 month pay raise..wasnt much but still. we dont get time and a half on holidays either
