seems a few times a year, our management and dept heads go crazy to get ready to be certified.  I'm a pretty loyal worker but I could give two ****s about being certified.  If we fail are they going to close the store?  No.   Am I going to get less hours?  No.  Sure the corporate worms will be up our asses for awhile trying to whip us into shape, but the way I see it, they'll be in there and finally able to see that we are so short on hours and help that it's no wonder the place looks like ****!  We have to do our jobs PLUS go bagging and checking all the time.  It's BS!
