I work with this guy who uses his kids as an excuse to get out of work everytime LITTERALLY. To start things off i have come into work almost everyday because he feels like he can show up and take whatever days off he wants to. The thing is its just two of us and im so ****ing tired of putting up with this bs. They will take his word over mine anyday and its gotten to the point where i just want to flip my ****. I work nights so its even worse. Everytime ****ing calls out i need a personal day im like wtf yesterday was your day off. The schedule says im off and they litterally go out there way to tell me no no u have to work today buddy wtf! then they have the nerve to say i read it wrong. I even tell them well the time clock says employee schedule not found means im not on the ****ing schedule for that day retards. They threaten to fire me because i didnt show up on my day off but the other guy worked that day and didnt show up wtf im just so sick of this. Its never been this bad i use to work 4-5 days out the week and would occasionally come in and help now it feels like im doing everything while the department manager does nothing but steal time. He also just over orders like a ton and im thinking to myself is this guy even hitting backstock on days im not here, im almost certain we have a bunch of that item. I don't know guys sorry for rant but, im just curious does anyone else put up with **** like this
