I usually run kmp truck mostly by myself. Granted they're only 300-400 pieces, but it's still a challenge sometimes. Not as bad if the night crew (one person) can get it sorted for me. The ****ty thing is that it's always just myself scheduled to run that truck and if I do get help it's either the conditioner who stops what he's doing to help me, the morning (day) stocker who's arrived and is helping me (then I'll help him with his day truck, or the bread clerk who's finished his stuff. They only schedule 1 person for each truck (and they bank on receiving help from another "sub department").
I remember when shifts used to overlap quite often. Now we often have times where there's a gap between one person leaving and the next arriving. It's truly amazing. NOT
