Anybody know if the brilliant principles of Key Refailing will be applied to ClickList? I mean, it is efficient, it is sensible, and it is appreciated by both employees and customers. Something's gotta be done about it. Let this thread be a birthplace for wickedly absurd guidelines on ClickList you have come to know and love from Key Refailing.

1. Let's complain if an associate on a ClickList order does not first go to the filthy reshop shelves to see if they can get their items there.

2. As demand inevitably increases, let us just force our current associates to be even faster rather than hire additional help.

3. When placing items in a ClickList container, the nutrition facts must face one direction because of OCD auditors.

4. Let us ensure we are putting the items closest to expiration in the ClickList container. The customer won't know any better.

5. If it is the third Tuesday in March and the moon is 3/7 full, you must first consult with, and get written permission from the Prince of Produce before obtaining any seedless fruit.

add your rules below!

6. During the major holodys (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving) one will NOT order an oos much needed items requested by customers any earlier than the originally assigned order date. Not will one order more than the alloted amount. NO EXCEPTIONS. Example: if we are out if canned pumpkin and our order date is, say, Nov 20th for 2-3 cases (not pallets) then on nov 20th we will order 2-3 CASES. WE WILL NOT ORDER MORE THAN THE ALLOTED amount on ANY day/week BEFORE Nov 20th. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

7. You will make due with wrong orders sent to the store. You will NOT put them on the shelf. But have a floor display of wrong item. Items will NOT be discounted. The reg retail price WILL be found and place on said item.

8. For too much items ordered, you WILL NOT discount items to keep backstock low. EVEN on slow selling items. They WILL be sold retail price (unless on sale) and sold within a specified time limit. EVEN overage on said items.

9. items on shelves will be faced the EXACT same way. (Pulled up to lip of shelf, with NOTHING hanging over lip) all items faced foward. NO STACKING BOXES unless they can fit UPRIGHT or unless they are supposed to stack different.

10. Tags will be neat, straight, and centered.

11. Items will NOT be discounted unless you get management approval. EVEN for items that do NOT sell well.

all tasks will be completed within 4-8 hours time. NO OVERTIME. You WILL NOT ignore calls up front For surge help. This COUNTS as your time to do the aforementioned tasks above. You WILL be required to do other tasks as well. Again, this WILL eat into the hours for your mentioned tasks above. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

ClickList is a service that allows people to shop online, then the ClickList department gets the groceries for them and takes it to their car when they pull up. It's not in every store yet, right now it's mostly in the bigger stores.

Nothing like the phrase "NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!" to cap off a truly unfair statement.
