The new year is approaching and the time to transfer is ripe. I am a full time produce clerk. I'm interested in transferring to get away from the toxic and extremely stressful work environment I'm in now. Store manager already said I am ok to transfer, I just have to go talk to management at the store I want to go to. There are plenty of Kroger stores around my home, what should I look for in my new store to avoid falling into the same loop as my current store and end up quitting? The main problem at my current store is the department manager who just makes everyone around her stressed and lazy coworkers.
If you are looking for a good kroger, find one that isn't unionized. All union krogers due the bare minimum in treating their employees because they are already unionized so they have nothing to lose by treating you like ****.
