I have been wanting to transfer for months, but wasn't sure where to start. I don't want to end up at a worse store. Is it possible to pick up hours at another store to see if they can utilize me before making a commitment to transfer? Should I talk to the store manager of the store u want to transfer to or the department head of the New store.
Talk to your store manager first. Management will get pissed off if you go behind their back and try to seek out a transfer or anything without their approval first.
