Probation period

Hi. I work for Kroger and have a 90-day probation period for new hires and I was wondering how you know when it's over. I assume the manager lets you know. What actually happens when the probation period is up?

What date did you start?  90 days from that date is when your probation ends.

At my store, people get a $5 coupon card for groceries when ever the manager gets around to handing it to you.

After the 90 days, you still have a job.

You have to screw up really bad to be terminated while on probation.

managers will never tell you things like that. They don't want you to know stuff like that.

Go to HR express and look at your info.  It will show your hire date which should be the 11th.  You will be out of probation by the end of this week for sure if the 25th.  Unless you were specifically told it was extended.

Actually they will if you question them about your evaluation. You have to have an evaluation sheet before you get in the union.
