So I went from being Bagger to Cashier.

When I logged on Hr Express it said Front End Clerk. Should it say cashier instead?

Yes it should. Make sure you're getting paid as a cashier.

If it does not change on HR that means you never got promoted.

It may take a week or two to update on ExpressHR because like your paycheck its a week behind, so i will not update till you get your paycheck for your first week as a cashier.

What did it say before?  As far as I know, a front end clerk is a cashier.  Everyone in the store other than management and baggers is considered to be a clerk.  There's meat clerks, deli clerks, produce clerks, etc.

Front end clerk is a cashier.

The only other front end positions are Utility clerk and Courtesy clerk(which neither get actual raises), but as a clerk they can also have you do other things than just cashier. For example If a manager asks you to go help the grocery crew you have to go do it, as a cashier. This only comes into play if you're a male though since many managers only boss around male cashiers and allow the females to just check.
