Date of Next Wage Rate Increase has disappeared from ExpressHR
Permalink

I find this to be odd. When I go to the Personal Profile page on ExpressHR, under Salary/Wage Rate Information, there used to be a line that read: "Next Wage Rate Increase" and it would give me a date when my next raise was due to kick in. Now, the "Next Pay Rate" line is still there, and next to it, it tells me what my next pay rate is, but the date that I am to get it is now gone (although I can still remember the date it said). Has this information disappeared from anyone else's Personal Profile page on ExpressHR? I remember back in 2016, for awhile, the entire section under "Time Off Information" disappeared, but it eventually came back. I wonder if that's the case here. I'm just curious if this has happened to anyone else here because apparently very few people at my store even know what ExpressHR is.

Are you topped out? Because mine says

Last Wage Rate Increase 10/30/2016
Current Pay Rate $17.8600
Current Job Step 500

Job Step 500 means you're topped out.

I'm definitely not topped out (for one thing, my Job Step does not say 500). It is still showing me what my new pay rate will be when my next raise kicks in. The date of the next raise is gone, however. I'm just curious if this is something that's disappeared for others, too.

On our contract, the pay raise is determined by amount of hours worked instead of months now.  675 hours every 6 months.  1350 hours every 12 months.  26 hours a week.

So, if you work 1300 hours in 12 months, you don't get a payraise until you work the other 50 hours.  They should replace it with a count down of hours to go or something.

My last pay increase reverted for a few weeks but remained active and then corrected itself. It's mostly likely a bug that will be corrected with time.
